PERCOCA & WINE jam

This jam comes from an early Sunday from where the Percoche with wine are immaculate.The fusion of these two protagonists of the table gave life to a jam rich in flavors of the past that goes well with aged pecorino cheeses. they can discover new frontiers of taste, or, finally, start the day with a different touch than usual, adding it to your breakfast will be an extra stimulus to face the day.
 Ingredients: Juice, pulp and chunks of selected percoche with peel in wine infusion (12% alc. Vol), lemon juice.
