    The rural soul of mountainous Campania is contained in the genuineness and authenticity of the cured meats. The result of an integrated zero-kilometer supply chain that is concentrated between the Apennine Mountains of Maddalena and the National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni.

    The lands are cultivated without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, among the highest countryside in the province of Salerno: the Magorno, Tardiano and Spigno valleys.

    The cereals are ground directly on the farm and then feed the pigs that are born on the farm.

    Norcineria Bianculli products do not contain preservatives, thickeners and added flavorings and are gluten and lactose free.

    In the laboratory, the ancient recipes handed down orally have been codified, faithfully reproducing traditional processing methods.

    Expert hands select the meats that are cured with top quality spices.

    Stuffed in natural casing, pressed and tied by hand, all cured meats are subjected to a slow and patient curing process that revives in our products the ancient butchery tradition of Vallo di Diano.
